As far as stopping is concerned, you should be sure before stopping that you have developed enough coping skills and mastered stress management techniques before you stop it altogether. Otherwise it’s highly possible that you will have a relapse of anxiety symptom once you stop it. However if you have developed this strength, you can stop by tapering the dose of medicine.
