I am 48 years old male, height 173 cm, weight 100 kg, has been diabetic since last 15 years. Ldl 140 mg, crp 3 mg / dl, mild leukocytosis, especially 25 mg, had been hospitalized for severe covid pneumonia, presently taking janumet 50/500, farxiga 10 mg & glimepiride once daily. lantus 12 units in the night. Please advise.
