My follicular response by letrozole is very good but endometrial thickness is less than 6 mm so doctor did not recommend me fsh injections she said it will lead to hyperstimulation instead she advised me ovarian drilling so can go for it or fsh injection as I heard that the rate of implantation is good with fsh injections please guide me.
