I am 27 year male. I have a problem that I was feeling too much thirsty despite of drinking water again and again ,was unable to focus to see things, have to focus alot to hear, was feeling myself senseless. This continued for almost 3 weeks after that I was fine. Then after one year same happened again. I am worry what happened to me.

Dear User, if your urine output is proper and you do not have any kidney issues then it is just thirst. I would suggest you to stay hydrated and probably add ORS and Coconut water too. They are rich in electrolytes and will keep you energetic. If this problem happens in winter, it is due to dehydration as you don't feel like drinking water during the cold weather.
