Sir I have fibroadenoma both breast size very small doc told primosa cap but vitamin d deficiency. Lot of breast pain. Please suggest me. Future fibroadenoma turn into cancer?

fibroadenomas are benign tumors,they do not turn into malignant( cancer) tumours . they gradually increase in size ,and have to be excised if size increases
