I had a ligament injury on my left ankle a year ago. When I visited the hospital they did a xray and told me it's just a tear wear a crepe bandage you'll be fine. So I just wore after six months I removed and I felt there's light pain and slowly started running and painting. But not able to run fast or jump and can't walk for hours. Recently got a puttur kattu but not much. Need a good tablet for fast healing and ligament repair completely please suggest some good medicines or tablets.
