Hi, In 2020 feb I had diagnosed with hypertension grade 1 since I had taken telma 40 and then telma ct 40/6.5 after improving my blood pressure to normal only telma 40 in july after taking dinner my heart rate goes 120 pm doctor told me to take met xl 12.5 after dinner now since I am feeling well my ecg, other blood reports are normal now in jan 2021 doctor stop my met xl and lower my dose of telma 40 mg to 20 mg per day at morning. Doctor told me if I fell a high heart rate I can take met xl 12.5 now I am having questions if I stop my met xl can develop some problems with heart as don't have any previous issue. And Dr. Told me after 1 month they will ck my bp if my bp stable they will stop my all tablets. After stop all tablets can I develop some serious issues now this day my bp always around 125/80 or 120/80 please tell me I am getting treatment from a heart specialist in ruby hall clinic Pune. Since I developed my hypertension. No other issues with me. Please tell me what to do after stopping my all tablets. I am doing excess and lowering my salt intake. Please tell me is my treatment going right. Regards
