Hello Mr. lybrate-user, there is no medication too improve bone loss. Firstly we need to identify the reason for bone loss, and try to correct it. Are you on any existing medications? Ask the prescribing doctor if it can harm the bone. Is oral hygiene maintenance at best from your side. Brushing, flossing and mouthwash. Massage the gums with your finger for 3 to 5 mins everyday abstain from smoking and drinking. Any old dental work or cavity causing food lodgement should be changed. Get your scaling treatment done regularly. Finally, as I have not seen your opg I can not comment, but ask the dentist if any deep surgical cleaning or any other gum procedure will help.
