I feel like tight band around my head as m having cervical spondylosis n taking vertin8 n stemetil for that how much time it take is cervical spondylosis will progress or it is dangerous whn I get rid of balance problem m doing all exercises as per my physiotherapy.

Spondylosis takes a long time to develop and progress as well. You might need an x-ray is for your cervical spine AP and Lateral views. Might need an MRI scan of your cervical spine to see the severity of your arthritis. As long as you don’t have any symptoms in the arms from your cervical spine, you don’t need any surgical intervention. Your arthritis can be treated with medication as well as physiotherapy.
