My 16 months son responds to his name in very rare occasions, he didn't speak yet with a word. His hearing is well. He doesn't point at things and he doesn't follow me when I point. He do make eye contact and most often look to my mouth when I talk. He smiles back. He looks for me when he doesn't find me. He imitates my sounds sometimes. He love hugging. He imitates my dancing. He play well. But he does get fed up very soon. He is so calm boy. My question is. Could he be autistic?
