Dear user, it is best to avoid going outside unnecessarily as the pandemic is till not over. However, if the need to go outside is necessary all safety precautions have to be followed like the use of hand sanitizers while outside, observing social distancing and frequent handwashing especially when coming home from outside. Also the mask has to be on all times. He can go to an open ground for some fresh air and exercise but given his age, it is better to avoid unnecessary travel.
