Hi I am a 32-year-old male suffering from shortness of breath and body ache especially back and arms there is no weakness or appetite or even weight loss. But I am anemic since childhood and very very slim but a fit guy. Shortness of breath is occasional but body ache is persistent from 20 days now along with minor chest discomfort. I feel it's a kind a respiratory infection. However, there are no signs like cough fever etc. But there is a little headache and sometimes watery eyes.
