My father is 65 years old, from last 2 years he has chronic constipation, he has done cbc, pbf, tsh, stool occult blood, fecal calprotectin tests .each test is normal, there is no inflammation or blood also he don't take any other medications, currently he is taking pegclear 60 ml & prucalopride 1 mg twice a day but only 10% improvement. What should we do next? Is there any test to be done? Or any changes in medication? We don't have good gastro doctor here.
