My upper portion of teeth are white while lower portion is yellow and I have a problem with my teeth such that I can't tolerate wind and cold water .this problem starts only in this winter season .i already used sensoform toothpaste on dentist recommendation. But I think I am not suffer from sensitivity .but I can't tolerate wind and I am unable to speak during cold wind. And now I refuse the use of toothbrush on my teeth and I got benefit but not completely. Pls consult.

Use any sensitive toothpaste, rinse your mouth with warm salt water, apply fatkiri paste, for yellow stain you have to do bleaching for this purpose.
