Doctor. My aunt is @ 51 yrs. She is suffering from diabetic, hypothyroidism n ulcerative colitis. She is using glorimet g2 n thyronorm 62. 5 mcg tabs. Within 3 yrs. She had undergone hysterectomy. In 2016 n 2019. Because of hydrosalpinx. last time.now she is suffering 4m dry n itchy vagina n anus. Skin also being very dry. Hurting alot. Pl.provide a valuable advice. However, there is no mention of FBG, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern, lipid profile, serum creatinine, urea, BP readings and whether she is sexually active. Plus does she have any fungal infection? What is the TSH level? Unless all the details are there it is not possible to give any specific advice. Thanks.
