I am 10 years old diabetic and take basalog 28 units at night and remo 100/1000 after breakfast, voglibose. 3 during breakfast and during lunch voglibose. 3 and after dinner olymprix 20/1000 my fasting blood sugar is 120 but my pp is above 200.

The reason is since you are on Glargine (insulin), proper adjustment of its dosage along with Remogliflozin/ Metformin or Tenelgliptin/Metformin would give a very good glucose control. Further, there is no mention of vital details like weight, height, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, these are equally important or probably more important in controlling blood glucose. One needs to look at all the aspects for achieving better glucose control. Please also inform lipid profile, HbA1c% and serum creatinine, urea BP readings. Thanks.
