I am a type one diabetic with a diastasis recti and umbilical hernia I am also suffering from gastroparesis what is best to use to help this I have read about reglan will this help or can you recommend anything else.

Because conditions like gastroperesis are associated with improper glucose control. Certain long term complications of diabetes when it is not well controlled at all are observed, gastroperesis is one such issue, because of parasympathetic nerves being affected.
