One of my relative 33 years old has been suffering with bladder endometrioma since past 1 year and doctor recommended her to go for surgery based sonography report. The summary of report says that urinary bladder is normal in size and contour with 3.7 x 3 cm approx heteroechoic lesion posterior wall in mid line with distorted serosal lining attached to uterus wall. We want to treat this without surgery. Is there any such possibility or solutions available for the same?
