The problem with these products is they are not Scientifically proved-they do give a sense of betterment temporarily. I am of the view that it will not be much use especially for a woman.

Dear user, if they are multivitamin tablets, you can take on daily. Preferably after breakfast at the same time everyday. You also need to monitor your blood, kidney and liver functions once every 3 months. Hello, any multi vitamin can be taken one at night after dinner. Side effects as such no but depending upon amount of vitamin, minral etc if more may got teeth stained, pain abdomen, ratcheting etc.

Only one tablet of Multi vitamin should be taken in a day , it can cause acidity so take it in between the meals to avoid that.
