I am a 30 year old man, and I had been developing red patches on my penis head for the past 3 weeks. I clean every day with water but no relief. I have been using clotrimazole 1% cream twice a day for the past 6 days but no relief. My std results are clean and not sexually active. I don't know what I should do now.
