Dear doctor, I am taking nervijen np tablets since 3 years after my disc replacement surgery. Now I found I am diabetic. Is it happened because of the continuous use of nervijen np tablets? It is 180 after food. Shall I continue the use of this tablet? Please reply.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Please understand taking any vitamin tablets for long time is not going to cause diabetes. The reasons for developing diabetes are many including family history, being over weight, being inactive(not doing any exercise), eating junk foods and taking excess carbohydrates. Plus certain genetic factors. T diagnose diabetes FBG should be 126 mg and above, after food glucose should be 200 mg and above and HbA1c% 6.5% and above.
