Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Following are my observations: 1)Your Blood glucose mentioned (130 mg) is it fasting, after food or random one? There is no clear indication. 2) HbA1c is very close to be in the diabetes range, which 6.5%., there is a need to look at after food and fasting both glucose levels carefully. 3) As you are 55 years old, there is a need to look at kidney functions too, hence serum creatinine and urea also need to be observed along with lipid profile. 4) BP (150/95 mm Hg is higher than normal upper limit, needs to be maintained around 120 to 130/60 to 80 mm Hg. 5) With a BMI of 26.61 kgs/Sq meter(Normal < 23 kgs/Sq meter) you are over weight. Your ideal body weight should be about 58 kgs. So there is a need to look at your dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. 6) Please clarify what are you referring to PCT? Because such short forms are confusing. Plus it is always good to mention actual values rather than saying - thyroid hormone levels, creatinine etc are "Normal". Because that does not convey anything at all. As I am not aware what are the "Normal" values according to you. So to suggest any treatment I need to know all the specifics that I have stated above, It is better if you come back with all the details then I will be able to give specific advice. It is better if you come in a private conversation, then I will be able to prescribe the drugs if required. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, No drugs can be prescribed. Thanks.
