I am a 48 year old male, who hasn't left home at all in the past year since lockdown began. If I scratch my arm or any other body part, I get red lines/rashes on that area and they disappear in about 15 minutes. I have been taking anxiety medications since the last ten years. Inderal 10, etilam 0.5 in the morning, clonotril 1.0, pexep cr 12.5 and franxit at night. Should I be worried?

Dear Deva, You need to manage your anxiety with relaxation, therapy, yoga, meditation, pranayama or spirituality. Then you can reduce these tablets. You need to exercise either at home or go out with mask in less very crowded places. If you stay at home without any work, you will worry about such rashes. If one scratches, rashes will be there.

Dear Deva You need to expose yourself and do work and exercise. Make your life normal as anybody else. You are having fear of illness it seems. Take psychological interventions like CBT and counselling which will help you to get out of it. bye and take care
