I am 45 years old woman. I have epilepsy for last 17 18 years. And I have done the course of eptoin 2 times. But before 11 years my case has gone worsen. Means again fits. And from then I am taking eption 100 mg thrice a day. Then eptoin thrice a day is not suited to me. Phenytoin level had increased in my blood. So I have to take two times a day. From then I am ok. But yesterday my bp goes low suddenly. I fainted and fell down. And I feel all symptoms of low bp. I request that can we replace eptoin 100 mg by levesam 500 mg. If yes then then how many times a day. Please answer me.
