I have copd for over 5 years and have been using inhalers along with exercises, walking to keep it under control. For some time now I have been experiencing a heaviness and tight feeling around the upper abdomen which reduces with time but flares up again, causing some breathing problem. My oxygen reading has been between 95-97, and pulse rate between 65-75. Is this due to respiratory issue or gerd reflux. It reduces when I take medicine for constipation and bowel cleans up, but returns in the day.

Your gerd may increase with the use of bronchodilators. With your bowel clean up, bloating of your stomach reduces, thereby pressure on lungs will come down.
