Due to antidepressants, my skin has turned black, I am using melalite and tretinoin 0.04 at night. I need to go outside during daytime .is sunscreen enough or do I have to avoid sun exposure?

Use a 30-50 spf sunscreen & also use a hat or a cap to reduce the sun exposure. Tube lights & monitors also have ultra violet so use the sunscreen even indoors.
