Hi, take homoeopathic medicine - merc. Sol. 30/ thrice daily for 4 weeks and use sbl's homoeodent toothpaste. Use soft bristle toothbrush, brush your teeth in a gentle and circular motions.

Scaling n root planing prevent your further loss of bone if it occurs due to gum disease i. E periodontitis. Scaling in every 6 months n astrigum or stolin for gum massage or ornigreat ointment for gum massage for initial first week. Warm saline rinses. Brush twice a day wd soft brush. Bt first go for scaling tn all above things will give you good result.
