I am 18 years old. I am eating saggubiyyam (sabudana) without cooking or soaking from 2 to 3 years. Is it harm? If it is what have to do?

Hye. Uncooked sabudana can cause indigestion and even severe intestinal disorders. Raw grains can also lead to food poisoning at times. Ingestion of some bacteria is possible in raw form. Bloating, gas, distension is common. Soak and cook sabudana before eating.
