Lth query sir .4 years ago you had done mri of my hip and I came to know that I had a avascular necrosis avn of both hips in 2 grade .but I have pain in my left side back. More. And this pain still hurting me. When I lay down on back side but don't effect me when I walk. Is it really avn because recently I had done my x-ray again it still showing no progress. What does it mean and my pain still same as 4 years ago. What I should do. And how I can recover from this disease?

Respected lybrate user...! I think you are in sub accute state of AVN...! Please consult orthopaedic doctor and take treatment don't be forget and don't be neglect...! If you're still neglect of your problem it may cause severe nerve dame on your hips area..! Be cautious and careful about it.
