I often get mouth ulcer and it becomes difficult for eating. Please let me know how to avoid this. Generally I take water and do not have have much spicy foods. Monthly once I get this and I feel sometimes because of my teeth I get bite in my lips. Kindly provide your suggestion and to avoid this.
