I have some sort of fungal infection near the right side of my lips. I feel itching on that portion. There's a bit swelling and skin discoloration. Skin is dry and while applying any light moisturising cream it makes it look like rashes skin. Experiencing this from mid of december 2020. Currently I am applying boro plus antiseptic cream and soframycin skin cream. Feels good until the cream last and then again it starts itching. Not too sure if it's fungal infection, I have once tried anti tan bleach which was harsh on my skin, maybe because of that my skin is burnt.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
