In your case drugs are fine but need to know degree of hydroureteronephrosis up to 5 mm size stone 80 percent chance to pass your stone is not in that criteria but you need to consult and we can evaluate your symptoms how bother you are means pain is in control and then we can decide further.

Upto 70 percent chance it will pass. No need to take oflox if you are not having fever. Drink 3-4 lit water daily. You can wait till 3 weeks if not having severe pain or fever, if it does not pass then you may require ct scan and further appropriate management.
