I have dark and dry skin on both the corners of my nose and chin since last 4 5 months. There is slightly burning and sometimes I feel itchy. My Dr. has prescribed me fluconazole tbs and clobetasol gm. Now skin has become red after using this cream. So I stopped using it and started applying ghee over there. Plzz suggest me some permanent and effective solution for this.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
