Hi, can this below problems treated without kidney stone removal surgery (allopathy or homeopathy). - right lower ureteric calculus (13 mm) at crossing of iliac vessels with moderate right hydroureteronephrosis. - 5 mm calculus at lower pole of left kidney. Lab test: urea (areas uv)- 18, uric acid- 8, creatinine- 1.13. Cbc test: pcv- 50.40, rcb- 5.68. Lipid test: cholesterol total- 207.9, hdl- 32.70, ldl- 144.08, vldl- 31.12, triglycerides- 155.60. Glouse fasting- 107.7, vitamin b12- 166. Bp- 120/80, o2- 98%, pulse- 100, height- 166 cm, weight- 73 kg. Report of sonography, urine and liver profile is attached. I have below questions:- 1. Can this size of stone dissolve with the medications and can we wait (urologist suggested surgery asap). 2. What could be the reason of high uric acid values (8.0) and low urea (18) is it something we have to worried? 3. Is fasting glucose 107.7 is high, can it be cured and prevent type 2 diabetes at this stage? 4. For cholesterol? Thanks.
