A 3.6 mm calculus is seen in distal ureter approximately 9.2 mm away from ureter vesical junction with mild dilatation of proximal ureter and pelvis calyceal system. Is it curable with tablets like cystone?

Hello. A 9.2 mm stone in distal ureter can come out if not impacted, although 9.2 mm is quite a big stone. Do one kft too. If you otherwise don't have any other comorbidity. I would suggest you following 1. Lots of fluids 2. Tab cystone one tab thrice a day with a glass of water 3. Tab defcort-tm one tab after dinner. 4. Tab lcin 500 mg once daily after lunch. Take the above treatment for two weeks. If the stone dsnt come out by two weeks then consult a urologist and don't wait any more. Regards.
