Hi, I had cesarean on 14th jan, post that had infection at once. It got healed after dressing and antibiotic. Agai now I have an infection at one point. Lots of pus came out and now one small hole is there at that place. One of the doctor advised gun powder 4 tab, 4 times a days, silicea 200 4 drops and hepar sulph 30 4 times a day. It's been a week now but couldn't see much improvement. But pus is not forming now. Do I have to increase the dosage or anything else. Please suggest.

It's important to do the culture sensitivity of the pus to know the type of infection. Also if the wound isn't healing then as you are describing a hole is there at one end it looks like a sinus might have formed. You need to visit a doctor and get the wound examined.
