Look, this may be just an adverse reactions but due to current situation with covid, it would be foolish to exclude covid in case of fever without evidence. Just a disclaimer, even if it is covid, it can not be due to vaccine as it do not contain live virus. Now, approach should be keep monitoring temp and spo2 4 hourly. Check for taste and smell alterations. Use mask while interacting with him. Quarantine him in a seprate room and wash your hands with soap every time you do his chores. If fever increases consider rtpcr. Manage fever with dolo 650, keep minimum gap between 2 doses 4 hours. Hope this helps, for further help you can consult one on one.
