My husband is 43 years old and is having hypertension since 14 years. Recently his kidney biopsy was done due to elevated bp >200 which shows chronic interstitial nephritis. His creatine is 3.9. Is there no treatment to stop the progression. There is no other symptoms except very high blood pressure which is being managed somehow, but very often it rises to 180/90 etc. At night. Urine protein in 170 and serum urea is 9.potassium is 7.
