Dear Mr. lybrate-user, I hope you feel better soon. The covid 19 infection affects different people differently. Some people end up having more damage to the lungs and therefore can have longer duration of symptoms. Levocetrizine and montelukast will help in allergic form of symptoms that too only to a certain point. If the symptoms you are describing are due to some degree of lung tissue damage, these medicines will have no benefit other than psychological. I would recommend that you see your doctor who can treat you based on your specific symptoms. As regards your question of a cure, I am sorry to report that to date there is no cure. All the different types of drugs only help to control the symptoms and reduce the damage the infection can cause. Not all people who have a covid infection can get infected again but some people can get a second infection. Unfortunately there is not enough data in the world to predict the percentage of people who can get a second infection, but so far only very few patients have actually had a second infection. So it is very important that you continue to take all precautions such a wearing a face mask, social distancing of at-least 6 feet, hand washing with soap or sanitizer etc to prevent further infection.
