Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. It is clear that her diabetes is very much uncontrolled. There is a need to look at her diet, exercise, weight, height, age (not mentioned), serum creatinine, urea, lipid profile, bp readings and hba1c%. There is a need to probably monitor insulin dosage based on her fasting and pp glucose levels. So please come back with all the above information, preferably in a private conversation (paid consultation) so that I can guide specifically and even prescribe the drugs if needed or change the present ones. In this communication we are supposed to just give general advise, no drugs can be prescribed. Or else please talk to her present consulting doctor and get the glucose levels corrected. I am sure you are aware that in a well controlled patient fbg should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <7%(if patient is above 60 years) and < 6.5% in younger patients.
