Dear lybrate-user, relax.though you have not given a satisfactory history of your illnes, I suspect you have a condiition called meniere's disease which requires a thorough audio vestibular assessment and a cochlear test done. The medication you are having has little to do with this disease, plus you should have psychological assessment done too. All of the said things require a prompt action by your side. You may consult me whenever you wish to. Yours respectfully. Dr.vilas.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, since you have been having symptoms over a long time, it is very important that you see a good ent surgeon and identify the problem so the correct treatment can be given. It would be depressing and stressful to anybody if they have to put up with symptoms over along time. If the correct diagnosis is made then yes your problem can be managed well but for that you need to first consult a good ent surgeon. Best wishes.
