I am 28 years old female. I took duphaston from 17th (17 march) day of my cycle and started spotting from 30th day (30 march). And I got my period from 7th april. My question is that when will I get my next period because I wanted to conceive. Really want to know when ovulation begin? My periods start on 30th of every month but this time one week delayed. So whether my period starts on 30th this time or one week it will be late.

New cycle is always counted from last menstrual period date - not from your usual date. Those who have regular 28 days cycle get ovulation around 14th day counting from the first day of the period (bleeding) means sexual intercourse around 11 to 16th day helps for pregnancy. Those who get cycles differently calculations have to be made differently as ovulation occurs 14 days prior to the next period.
