Dear Lybrate use, the normal heart rate lies between 60-100 beats/min. Sinus tachycardia is usually a response to physiological stress or an increased sympathetic tone. Stay hydrated and avoid caffeine/ sugar rich beverages as much as is possible. Kindly let me know your blood pressure as well.
