Doctor has given rexipra 15, etizola 0.5 and zapiz 0.25 in morning and xet cr 12.5, mdd xr 50, olet 1.25 and zapiz 0.25 in evening. Can I take franxit or exilor at 4 pm instead of zapiz 0.25 in morning.

Dear lybrate-user, franxit and exilor has two drugs in it. One is milatracin which is a very weak antidepressant - not tested in india. Rexipra, xet, mdd are better antidepressant and also well tested and used. Another drug is flupenthixol which is a major tranquilliser with attendant side effects. You may not need such a major tranquilliser. Probably etizola/zapiz will be enough for you. Please talk to your psychiatrist about their use.
