Sir/ madam, doctor told me that I have meniere and I feel like i'm on boat all time even in slipping and standing position, doctor suggested me to take vertin 16 mg, stugeron, but the symptoms remain same, please help.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, dizziness can be caused by many condition including meniere's disease. The best treatment for these problems is rehabilitation exercises. The medicines such as vertin and stugeron only have a limited benefit. Dear , you have not given a good history of your illness, whether there is tinnitus or loss fulctuating type of deafness or fullness in the ear. Or that you have a flowing ear or associated painyou should undergo a detailed neuro -otological assessment and proper audio -vestibular assessment. Only then can a properdiagnosis be made.
