Hello, thanks for the query. Sorry to know about the miscarriage. Madam if you had hypothyroidism then it is absolutely essential to maintain tsh < 2.5 mu/l all through the 9 months of gestation for proper development of the baby and for normal and desired outcome of the pregnancy. Did you have high glucose levels during that period? Because even gestational diabetes also can lead to loss of pregnancy if not well controlled. The current tsh level is also high. Ideally it should be between 3 to 4 mu/l. So you will have to increase the dosage by 12.5 mcg to 37.5 mcg per day. Then check the tsh after 6 weeks to see what change has taken place. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
