I am suffering from hypothyroidism last two years, since I am taking 25 mg Thyronorm tablets daily. Date 11/09/2014 my report was Free T4 (direct) CLIA 1.1 ng/dl TSH (ECLIA) 5.6 miu/ml Date 04/02/2015 my report was Free T4 (direct) CLIA 1.3 ng/dl TSH (ECLIA) 4.3 miu/ml Date 31/03/2015 my report was Free T4 (direct) CLIA 1.4 ng/dl TSH (ECLIA) 6.4miu/ml Today my reports are. Free T4 (direct) CLIA 1.2 ng/dl TSH (ECLIA) 6.3 miu/ml Kindly suggest me whether I need to increase my dose upto 50 mg.

Mr Samant Kumar, The latest TSH value is above normal, which means you need to increase the dosage of Thyroxine to atleast 50 mcg per day. Then check TSH levels after 6 weeks to acertain if the dose is correct.
