I feel current when I touch some metal. Very low current feel why. And other person do not feel current when touch that metal can it's bcz of dehydration.

When we touch such material then we may feel current shock if the static charge is in good amount. This static charge go to ground through our body. This leaves an excess of positive charge on one material, and an equal negative charge on the other.
