Just apply one gel benzocaine over it 3-4 times a day for few days until you meet doctor which will relief u, then after meeting him stop it and immediately go to doctor bcoz infection is more according to your pain as per your history you take all your reports with you while meeting to doctor and don't take more medicines now bcoz medicine differs according to case.
