Hi sir I have thyroid issue from 10 years I am 32 years and I have two kids. Every 3 months there will be fluctuation in tsh. This time I took antibody tpo is 23.58 and atg is 20.41. T3 is153 ng/dl t4 is 12.48 and tsh is 2.7 I am taking eltroxin 75 mcg. Please suggest what I should do.

Hello, thanks for the query. Madam I have seen the values of thyroid hormones posted. Your t4 is fairly high, above the recommended upper limit. Tsh is 2.7 mu/l. It appears that the present dosage of levothyroxine is a bit high. Please let me know whether do have any symptoms related to the condition now. Plus what is the variation that you are referring to? Thanks.

Take the tablets in empty stomach at least 30 minutes before breakfast. As long as you stick to the tablet regularly it can vary within normal range.
